We’re Looking For Hosts Who:

  • Respect the audience

  • Understand pacing

  • Can read a crowd

  • Want to build something that lasts

You don’t have to sound like anyone else. You don’t have to run the show “the right way”. You don’t have to be loud, clever, musical, or performative if that’s not you.

You DO need to care about the room.

If you want a strict script, timing, and unforgiving question quality, this probably isn’t your thing. If you want support, fair pay, creative freedom, and a group of hosts who actually like and understand each other, WELCOME!
